The super cooling chamber is the best one in my opinion. Once you get the hang of it, you can grapple and shoot mid-air - COMPLETELY removing the penalty, and charging up the shot while jumping medigates it a ton too. Epic over clock, though it requires a shit to of skill to stay mobile with it.
