An idea for a fix for not being able to track the speedrunner in the nether or end. Couldn't you just do the same set up with the command blocks but in the nether and end?

To make the respawn point at the start of the world make a repeating command block that needs no redstone and put /spawnpoint @a ##, ##, ##, (With the hashtags being coordinate numbers)
