I wanted to do all the flute parts for this song but I’m too broke for an alto flute. Instead I used a bass recorder. #flute #orchestra #classicalmusic #planets #recorder

You need a better flute.
What is your range
oh my GAH!!! i have a teal flute too!!!
A blue flute and now a blue clarinet
I’m sorry I just need to see the blue flute
Nice effort...🎉🎉🎉
one of the flutes were really sharp on that Eb
where did you get a blue flute
I think your doing great, Keep up the practice cause id love to play in a band like that, never have but hopefully one day.😄
you should consider adding dynamic clarity and vibrato to your musicality
Wow, this is very impressive

Hey man you’re really good for only a few months, I looked at your account and was just wondering, when are you gonna get a real flute? Not to be mean or rude but your blue little Amazon flute is definitely hindering your amazing talent! I’m a 15 year old piccolo player and for only a few months you’re really good, I have a TikTok with a video of my playing on flute and I plan to post more soon since it was a while ago. I yapped a bit but you’re good for a few months and I’d definitely recommend a better flute (it makes a difference trust) and a lot of fundamentals, all the best flutists practice the “boring” stuff for hours at a time (it’s actually the most fun if you do it right) but I’d also recommend more traditional pieces, I love these newer pieces but sometimes some good old Bach will really build your skills! Keep up the good work man, you sound amazing!!
Im always really nervous before my concerts😥😭
Omg what is this from?? It's sounds so familiar and I know I played this song before but I can't remember what it's called
insane for 4 months. INSANE
Wtf is this conductor yapping about 😭😭😭
Sight reading arabesque is literally swimming in lava with snow shoes and a giant sweater
I swear, I played a clarinet solo that sounded kinda similar at the beginning..
1:21, bro really hit those notes 🔥😂
Absolutely goated on trumpet 🔥
This on a real flute is like actually so good
I was not expecting the teal flute 😭
Thats Amazing for your 6th day! On my 6th day i was only trying to figure out how to set it up lol.
Low-key think I'm slow but what's the instrument in the lower right corner. It looks like a recorder material and bass clarinet shape so just wondering what it is.
Bass Recordah
0:20 I hate when directors are like ready!!, never mind I'm just going to talk and as soon as you put that flute down I will start.
That's some great sight reading
I got a question.. are you nigerian? 😭😭
Chat I was picc for this piece when I did it last year 😭. I wanted to cry
this is awsome i love insterments i play 6 myself and im an 8th grader i hope i am able to do this stuff like record myself playing
Dang you are soo good 🤩
literally so real
ATE WITH NO CRUMBS SEEN 💅💅💅💅
not trying to throw shade, but if you have only been playing for a few months, why did your director make you play flute 1? do they not have more experienced flautists or is he just letting you play for fun?
oh my god the teal flute
omg i had the same blue flute but i broke it so i have a purple one now
Not the flutes out of tune and out of tempo at 3:00
not out of tune, only off beat *here*. i think it may sound out of tune because it's in semitone intervals (very dissonant) as it's in the byzantine/double harmonic scale. they are out of tune closer to 4:05, but this can be likened to hitting bad partials (maybe). i am a flutist, and have perfect pitch, so that's my credibility. this song is very difficult to play especially during the solo which contains bends, and is very impressive for someone with only four months of experience.
@@ActuallyRex ...ok,thanks for the clarification-😶
Not me thinking wtf the percussion and conductor doing? Yes, at 2:53 they did not let you finish. I sat here yelling at them to chill and wait for you to finish… We played this when I was a senior in high school, and my mind went to what my band director would do if the percussion didn’t let the flute solos finish… whiteboard eraser at the wall behind the percussion… 😂🙈
Theres no way youve only been playing for "a few months" 😭
정말 대단하네요!
this is sick i am such a fan of you right now
Rly nice sightreading for only 4 months playing flute Only thing is your conductors a bum lol
it's crazy how this popped up on my recommended when I just spoke to you yesterday
This is coming from a cellist who is currently playing Carmen in my orchestra. You are definitely doing really great! You definitely sound like you’ve been playing for years even though you have not. Keep it up!
i don’t think yall understand how good this is bc he’s literally sight reading 😭
why is your conductor so zesty
Just played this solo, my whole band practically forced me to😭😭 It went really good tho. We all site read it for the first time, it’s an amazing piece of art 🫶🏽 You did really good btw 😁👌🏽
It’s a really fun song! Very hard to sight read especiallyfor the instruments that has those 32nd notes, which I think flute does but I don’t remember I’m not on that part 😂
@@hughjass2612 yeeeessss the 32nd notes got me 😂😭
0:17 every school band has that one brass player
That is in fact me lol
i just joined band as the only oboe and ive only played brass so i sound like a rabid duck on adderall
I’m the second trombone and there is only 2 trombones 😭 yes I cannot play woodwinds😭
@@PointTargetOSC i switched to the euphonium and now im the best one
@@warcrimesarefungood job 👍
Bro your conductor is so annoying
Woah wait aren’t you new to flute? That actually so insane!!! Especially since 3rd octave f sharp is one of the most nefarious notes on the flute. My only advice is to try to keep all your fingers at the same distance from the keys. You seem to be doing pretty well this already but keeping this in mind can help with playing faster passages :) Btw I’m not a professional I’m just a band kid
Thank you so much! I've been playing for 8 months now and it's been great. Funnily enough, my band director said the same thing about the fingers. Still don't understand how people do it but I'll try having all my fingers in sync and same distance from the keys. Thanks for the advice :)
