At 6:34 it is called sehri not iftaar and sehri has to be taken before the sun rise
First of all it’s called suhoor💀 and people mistake sometimes, and it doesnt need to be taken before sunrise it needs to be taken anytime before athan al-fajr. Get your knowledge up before hating on people

You should explain in a short/to your clients what to look for in a preworkout. Ingredients like citruline, malic acid, tyrosine, coffein, alpha gpc and so on+what all these ingredients do and their proper dosages. You should also mention the bad practises supplement companies do aka shit like proprietory blends and underdosage of ingredients.
Any of you saying diet is worse you’re just simply wrong. They’ve done further studies on aspartame and it’s not nearly as bad for you as they thought. This is coming from a diabetic who has no choice but to drink water or diet sodas. You’ve been lied to by studies funded by sugar companies to convince you it’s so bad.
Zero sugar sodas are worse then you cuz sure it has no sugar I guess but its got all these fucking chemicals in it that are way worse then sugar
Aspartame is definitely not something to take lightly it is detrimental to your heart and is in pretty much every diet pop just skip diet pop all together
Diet soda is terrible for you in fact can be worse than regular soda because artificial sugar aspartame can't be processed in the body switch right to the sparkling water
diet is worse than normal soda don't listen to him. If you wanna quick slowly switch to water and just be mindful about how much soda you drink per day.

diet usually has aspertane which isn't close up healthy and you are so wrong about diet drinking being healthy for you. you should just cut down to 2 sodas a day replacement rest with just water. diet drinks taste like crap so substitute with tea and caffeine
