Holy shit, this dude is a legend.
30-year provider in the Navy (20 AD and 10 more as a Red Cross Volunteer). More than 20 of those at Bethesda-Walter Reed. This system may be wonderful, however, it feels like a thinly veiled attempt to eliminate Active Duty records which would support the care of beneficiaries and future claims by retirees. When you have to shut down care out of safety concerns someone has done a POOR job of vetting this system. Fixing problems is great but these are all things that could have been ironed out BEFORE launch. Hopefully, I'm wrong, but thus far not impressed with this MASSIVE waste of money.
Who the hell puts their personal card payment information on a system covered by Tricare? RED FLAG.
What a piece of shot
How to join the military: Never take medication for any problems not even for a headache otherwise you’re wasting your time with a computer that dictates your future. Military is a fucking joke

This is so dumb. What a waste of tax payer dollars
Exactly they need to get rid of or make it better
This sounds sick except the part about being on a submarine lol
I sat 32 minutes thru this videos understanding all the big words but not knowing what 99% of these acronyms or explanations but they sound smart. Hoah!
Fellow fort smith brother @ navymedical
My dream is to become a marine waiting on my waiver to come back approved or denied over something I did as a kid but now I am a different man and I have matured greatly. Hopes and prayers
A computer dictates your entry. Good luck!
Horrible ain’t it brother? hoping and praying my waiver gets approved to continue my dream
@@Ole_Red Is horrible. My dream was to become an MP. I gave up on that after Genesis
The military deserves its bad recruiting numbers if they’re turning down good potential in some people for even being diagnosed with a headache
Good focus but missing the link of immune health. Every immune cell has a vitamin D receptor and controls over 2000 genes. Low 25 hydroxy and you are more susceptible to disease. 30ng/ml is fine for bone health. Immune health a better target is over 50ng. If you look at covid meta analysis deaths were directly associated with D at 30ng and below. The lower the D more deaths. Another factor is there are people that have a VDR dysfunction that have severely low 25 hydroxy. In many cases these patients have autoimmune issues and need more D3.
100% agree, and my colleagues and I are looking into this aspect as well. Much that we don’t know about the importance of Vitamin D, but the link to stress fractures is clear, so I focused on that here. Treating insufficiency and deficiency has immediate potential to decrease devastating, and career ending, fractures.
RIP navy recruiting numbers.
RIP to every branch recruiting numbers.
Oh this crap is for everyone 🤣
Basically weeding out most applicants. Screw genesis
MHS Genesis is the absolute worst that’s why military recruiting is struggling
@@anthonyrodriguez4122 well, that's Biden.
@@ursulasmith6402 incorrect. Govt decided to do this in 2019. Under trump.
Doc Lin, great hearing your voice. I will always get those mass cas drills on the schedule, but don't forget the fan rooms and corrosion control. What an amazing event to be part of, truly impressive to see the Navy - Marine team at work from the beach to the flight deck to the OR.
That was an event, I was down in AATCC getting our people together to bring in the Helo.
Great video, look forward to more and hopefully an ability to earn CME’s.
Thank you for your extraordinary instructions, Dr. Smith! It was a true pleasure to be your student. Fair winds, and following seas!
Thank you Dr. Dale Smith. Your lectures are always a rich pleasure. I hope to see you here again, next day.
