it's useful bro, because when you have the tools from the hall of legends made, those are harder to make and you need speed to produce faster and in a timely manner
if u have the money/rubis - build it. but the way, the speed of tool productions is "calculated", there are cheaper and more usefull buildings to reduce the production time - like effect-decorations
dude, are you paying real money? all those buildings are useless, same as willow, memorial, etc
luckily, goodgame gave me the rubis to make the videos 😅😅

Je l'ai niveau 2 partout sauf CP 3 car avec les recherches il y a moyen de construire un objet de construction à accrocher dessus qui permet au niveau 10 de recruter 110 % plus vite en plus du pourcentage obtenu par le terrain d'entrainement et la vitesse peut également être augmentée par les différentes fêtes qui sont payées en nourriture ou rubis. D'autre part les pourcentages liés aux décorations viennent d'être limitées par GGE car certains ont mis plusieurs décorations avec des bonus qui s'additionnent ainsi ... Ce serait une limitation pour le fair-play entre joueurs rubis et joueurs non rubis.... même si des décorations avec bonus vitesse de recrutement sont à gagner dans certains événements....
the construct is in my opinion the only argument for the drill ground. and the limit for the number of decorations is important. on the other hand - if you have a high public order and 2-3 of the decorations, your recruitment speed is high enough so you dont need the level 3-lvl 5 drill ground. my main argument was, that goodgame need to reduce the costs of the drill ground after adding the decoration in the bundle (i hope, i understood your comment correctly) xD

cause the relictus is mainly (only?) build with ressources (iron, coal, glass, oil) - and if you have the ressources - you could build the relictus but it shouldnt be your main project
