Joe Schoen is the best GM this team has had in the last 15 years. He took over a front office that was riddled with people who no longer provided the talent and leadership when it came to operating and making the right choices when it came to the draft and building a winning organization. Much of these shortcomings were hidden by the coaching and organization of Tom Coughlin and his assistants. This debacle did not occur overnight and won be fixed overnight. I have been a diehard fan of the Giants since 1958 and saw many ups and downs over those years but I/we never gave up until this coaching carousel began under Mr. Mara's leadership. Maybe that is where we should look for change since many of the so called fans keep looking for instant results. Let this play out and see if the adults now in charge can rescue this mess Mr. Mara has been in charge of.

Clearly Jones is the problem agree with everything everyone is saying below. I am very concerned about Malik Neighbors. Too many balls are being thrown his way and he is going to get seriously hurt. DJ has to find a way to connect with more than just Malik when he is in the game.
