In the Army Painter Speed Paints 2.0 the deeper red is called Slaughter Red or there is also Murder Scene if you want more purple in it.

I miss RAFM. When I was a teenager in the 80s, RAFM seemed to be the "heretical" miniature maker, making all the creepy eldritch ghouls and horrors rather than playing it safe like the big names. I seem to remember that the Dragon would always review RAFM minis poorly. I'd find them occasionally at my FLGS and I did buy a few. I guess Reaper has most of their molds now.

Love it! I still have a few Rafm minis. I'm really surprised they never got as big as Ral Partha or Grenadier. Can't wait to see next week's blood sucker! -John

Looks amazing. What ratio of vallejo metal color to GK Steel Are are you using for the armor and highlight mixes? Ive been using the same thing but with a mix of either metal color silver or duraluminium with GK Steel air so im curious how the darker colors like magnesium or steel would look.

I love how well you organize and maintain information. I have a similar digital hobby journal that I do in Notion. Having all your notes at your fingertips is great for people like me that get the painters equivalent of writer`s block.

Thanks for the video! I try to mainly get metal Reaper minis but sometimes only the bones plastics for certain models are available and sometimes a deal is available on plastics that is too good to pass up. Good call on the Lagertha color scheme. Works well for this model!

Dayum! So great to see 2 completely different takes on the same mini. Been following Cameron painting up his version on streams. Awesome to see this different take coming together in a whole new way! Great work! That goth facepaint definately looks intentional too. If you hadn't said it was an accident, no one would have known.

This project turned out so great. She's a really excellent choice for this style of mini diorama. I'll have to stay on the lookout for more 54mm models
