मित्रांनो, आज मी एक अतिशय सुंदर, सुरेल असं गीत आपल्यासमोर सादर करणार आहे! म्हणजे तसा प्रयत्न केला आहे! मंगेश पाडगांवकर यांनी शब्दबद्ध केलेलं, श्रीनिवास खळे यांनी संगीतबद्ध केलेलं अरुण दाते आणि सुधा मल्होत्रा यांनी गायलेलं हे श्रवणीय असं गीत आहे! रूपक तालात बांधलेलं हे गीत ॲकॅार्डियन वर सोलो म्हणून सादर करायला मला मोठीच हिम्मत करावी लागली! ॲकॅार्डियन बरोबर गायचे असल्यास शब्द व्हीडिओ मध्ये उपलब्ध आहेत! इअरफोन लावल्यास उत्तम!

This song -though sweet and seemingly simple - is quite tricky. In the first line, you have to leave the first beat as it’s worth eight letters fitted on a cycle of 7 x 2 beats. The length of each word varies to fit the 7 beat Roopak tal. All of this Hemant has observed and executed well. He always does.
