I think I missed the part where you say first that patient is comfortable using a short, acting general, aesthetic, such as propofol. After all of my invasive experiences , nobody is planting a hollow harp into one of my internal organs while I am aware and alert.

Hi Will This is Amardeep, cardiology Reg at TUH. Appreciate explanation which is easily understood by junior audiences! Can you record a session on 1) At least 10 challenging cases of consults you were involved with where troponin was elevated and how did you manage them especially anti platelets and anticoagulants 2) can you record a session on ED and CCU management of device patients with device related emergencies like inappropriate firing ICD, patient with ICD having VT with rate of 140 but not programmed for therapy at this rate, failure to capture pacemaker patient etc Thanks
