Sorry for the late reply. Our month-long trip to South America was organized by a German travel agency, with contacts to local guides. Most of the time we were alone on the road, and occasionally part of a small group. We moved around differently, by plane, train, car, or small bus.

Wir sind jedes Jahr in Kroatien an der traumhaften Makarska Riviera; besuchten schon reichlich Drehorte der Kultfilme meiner Jugend, Plitvicer Seen, Krka-Wasserfälle, Trogir, Cetina-Fluss gleich in der Nähe unserer Urlaubsregion; u. als Höhepunkt 2019 eine sechsstündige Jeep-Safari entlang einiger Hauptdrehorte (Velebit-Gebirge & Tulove Grede; Zrmanja Canyon.. ). Ich veröffentlichte vorige Tage ein Kurz-Video unserer Jeep-Safari "Auf Winnetous Spuren" von 2019, falls Du Interesse hast. War super schön... Lg Andreas
Vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar. Wir haben auf eigene Faust nach den Drehorten gesucht, aber wir haben auch schon über eine organisierte Tour nachgedacht. Ich glaube, wir hatten eine ähnliche Jugend mit diesen Filmen und das Hobby blieb uns erhalten :)

There is a mistake at the beginning of your video. W2 scene Ribana and Winnetou was not filmed in Postojnska jama but a little further in Otoška jama which is closed to the public.
