pillaging for the entire team was a cool concept they could have added to hunt (her cr push) but she needed to keep the steal on s1 and soulburn. if (for whatever reason) they wouldnt allow that then no. honestly i didnt expect to listen to us about reverting, but reverting saves the effort until they can come up with something thats useful, honestly they could have still changed some of it, but whatevers done now is done.

@@PropaPanda6 I wish you didnt push for a full on revert instead pushed for s1 revert ONLY. You have no idea how good pillage and aoe eff woudlve been in high play and it had pretty good potential she couldve been a control + team play

@@lenzbaronbalita3894 the s1 revert wouldnt be enough. her 50 gear score for free is what made her viable 18 months ago, 18 months later, we all have better gear and removing that would make it worse. i agree pillage was a cool concept, but people are overestimating it. they say aoes would steal 4 buffs but seem to forget that u cant steal the same buff 4 times, so if their was atk buff on all 4 at the front, it would steal atk buff 4 times (once and strip the other 3). if they kept hunt, and just made her grant pillage to allies only, that seems like a nicer way, granted i dont know how balanced that would be. not only that but 70% crit res is a straight downgrade. 30% share saves her from many of the meta units currently. crit res is better on paper but far more rng, and doesnt work when the enemy is doing 14k non crit dmg (ml senya)

i agree, but she kinda just looks like flidica but with less harsh requirements and 3 more speed. as i said, think she needs a stat buff to be viable with whatever they try to go for

And whatever that is, it needs to be more clear. She currently needs all the stats to fill her role as a debuffer, non-opener, damage-dealer. I use her as a attacker so I hope they lean her that way. EE couldn't come sooner

you are probably underestimating your account or setting your expectations too high, give fribbels a look and you will find out :p. my mellona isnt geared particularly well at all but works great for my account and playstyle. shes a really good pick for guild wars too. I pair her with abigail to make sure she doesnt die, and i can take 2 units out with 1 attack if abigail lands the curse. gl and comment back if you need any more help, ill do what i can

Yes, my guess is that he will just move over to double edged decrescent, which paired with his evasion will give him some much needed bulk and counter attacking capability. This allows for stuns and lower stats (you will need higher dmg as i believe most were running wind rider on him). I would be more worried about the new ml5 than the balance patch for him. The new ml5 seems like a counter

That being said he wont be "consistant" and i wouldnt ever applause smilegate, as evasion is a lazy game mechanic and really unintuitive

thats not necessarily true tho, some people will already have her, considering she was on banner a couple months ago. not only that but she doesnt fit some peoples playstyles, some people might not be able to build her, and shes also relatively hard to gear too. when i made this video, i knew that people wanted personalised picks for their account, but obviously i cant tell every person specifically based on their account who to pick. so i thought about some ways they could gauge their account and give them some info and tips to help themselves. of course, lermia is a good character, but she wouldnt be my personal top 5 units to go for on my account. (to mention, prior to me completing my headhunt, it would probably have been; briar witch, zio, solitaria, atywin and flidica or djb(I dont think u can get ml rat if i remember correctly, otherwise she would be a priority too))

aol is a 4 star, so not much value out of her, ofc she is giga busted, and can be used in raid too. u can choose handguy or cilias from the blessing after u complete ep 4 too so the first account is offering 1 ml5 that has been "timeless" for atleast a year. both ml5s have uses outside rta too, cilias can be used in pve and ai, and handguy can be used in ai, gvg arena souline isnt a good unit either rn, nahkwol requires extremely good gear, and even when u pick her she will just be banned or speed raced anyways. ml yufine is a new unit, and in the current meta is extremely annoying, i preban her basically every game. tbh i think its completely up to you, both have advantages and disadvantages, and i dont know what other units/resources/gear you have on both accounts. if you want timeless characters, take the first account, but if you wanna gamble potentially new "timeless" units take the second. i personally dont have ayufi, and dont have my nahkwol built, so its hard for me to say from personal experience, but what iv experienced from them, weather it be me fighting them, watching others gameplay. if ur playing purely pve, take the first account but, one thing u might wanna take into consideration is playstyle if u want to go into rta. if you want to play turn 2, take the second, ayufi will always have impact. if you wanna be flexible, or standard playstyle take the first one.

after thinking about it a bit more, the first account is definitely better for a new player

Being that he was buffed...i do intend on being pvp hard once i get to end game but...i know certain decisions can hinder progression... They are both new new accounts i just finished chptr 1 on lol...i own them both so.. Could always come back to the other . Just didn't want to waste a lot of time and finally after being off and on with e7 from day 1 like a goof... Finally get serious and get into rta/pvp

Yeah, the point of the video was to utilise a feature recently brought to epic seven, shes banned fairly often so even if i wanted to it would be hard to find good quality gameplay of the character. If you are new to epic seven there are other videos that i have made that showcase the gamemode that i am referring to throughout the video called rta. Hope this helps :D

the reason why i didnt include gameplay, or examples is more to do with the fact im not a high end player, therefore my game quality is inconsistent, and my own opinion is somewhat invalid, given i hit low champ last season. whilst my opinion does differ from the general thoughts of the community, i wanted to just show a neutral perspective based on stats, i was suprised with multiple things during the making of this video, and thought others might be more intrigued to check the winrate of a character, before calling for them to be nerfed. e7 doesnt have much of a history with nerfs, but when they do nerf a character, they usually send the character to the pits of hell, never to be seen again. i use one of said characters that was nerfed in the past, one of the most recenty nerfs, and there is a clear difference in both how difficult she is to use, and how hard she is to build. in her prime she saw 100% pick/ban rate during e7wc 2021(?) whereas last season she had a 0.08% pick rate in challenger, 43% winrate in challenger, 47% in champion and wasnt picked in e7wc this year, and will most likely stay like that until the day smilegate buffs the character.

@@PropaPanda6 That does seem like a huge falloff where nerf=dead character. I actually play one of the other Smilegate's games Lost Ark so maybe that's how I got recommended your video. I guess it depends on how large the character pool is, but what would you say an ideal pick/ban rate for a champ should fall in? I do think Winrate is a more important stat but it runs into issues with rarely played characters and characters with a low skill floor and high skill and performance ceiling.

@@kyle784 in total theres i think over 300 characters, but 20-+ characters sit at the top of the meta with overtuned/paragraphs for abilities in their kits. overall id say there is about 70 "viable" units for this gamemode but realistically you can make almost anyone work if you have the gear, the problem with lua is her kit is on a knifes edge, she doesnt have the walls of text other characters have, but instead shes extremely annoying, has a broken soulburn mechanic, that while other heroes also have it, noone can abuse it quite as well as her and is somewhat unfun to play against if you dont know how to combat her. so noone ever ends up trying to learn how to play against her, and because she also removes some of the dopamine of the game (she increases your ultimate cooldown by 1 turn, we also usually start with our ultimates first turn) ppl think she is broken. sg have made it pretty clear they wont be removing the ignore eff res mechanic from the game, so i doubt they will get rid of hers just because she synergises with it better than most others.

as for winrates, its pretty hard to establish because winrates in most ranks solely depend on the rank itself, i decided to switch between challenger and champion, because masters has 2 types of players, and emporer players have 60+% winrate and i wanted roughly 50%. if i was to chose i would choose challenger because imo it has decently high level players in terms of drafting skills, and most players in that rank play standard or aggro playstyles, as oppose to the more volatile ones. high champ to emperor have a lot of cleavers and masters is a mix of high elo players who cant be arsed to get to their actual rank, because they want the skin, and actual masters players, players who are newer to the game and are in their first or second season. with the stat website im sure the community will establish what they consider the best elos to look at for an unbias view and what winrates they think are balanced. i was aiming for something similar to leagues theory around stats, with 50% give 5+ and take 3- being balanced, with 43% being unplayable and 55+% being broken in terms of win rate, as for pick rate i cant say, but a large portion of the roster are pve characters or characters that arent meant to participate in rta (maybe 150 heroes are like this)

well if you are gonna lose to a 115 base speed opener, ur gonna lose anyways is how i see it. atleast until you hit emp+

@@kiprasking8581 she needs 150+ eff (more if u plan to bring her into maid) if want the versatility of not bringing two books and prebanning belian just to use her. and on top of that, you cant even draft her early because then they can just go 3 ice units, which are already the most busted in the game (see karina, choux ect). shes needs to hit her targets to apply the debuffs, which will be her downfall. lua doesnt need that and provides more utility with more versatility. narkwol at best is useable in arena and gw imo to deal with the current aids in the game (senya, belian, arowell, aola, cilias, ml landy ect in a singular comp)

If my gilias was same stats but 280 speed, she still doesn't one shot. Also she does is provide atk buff and cr push. Noone will use her for that in my opinion. She can be less dead weight than hwa but it comes at a cost. It depends what you want from her

fr, honestly rans artifact would be pretty good too, to make her more of a "normal" dps instead of a niche counterpick against adin, riolet and such. i recently got it, and have been using that since my SoU is on my melissa, though if i somehow get a time matter, that will go on my melissa instead and then i can try SoU LPK. overall i think shes just an ml4 version of zahhak, shes worse in some aspects, better in others. will be using her tho because my zahhak build wasnt great

yeah pretty much, can go pen for more damage if you have the gear, also i think rans artifact (this is definitelya but copium because i just got it instead of golden rose) will be best in slot or symbol of unity, depends on who you are facing.

you want her as fast as possible with as much damage as you can, alternativly, you can build her to tank celine but thats gonna require high end gear
