I'm new to the game. It's not allowing me to host a game for 4 people? I finished the training. Do I have to do a solo campaign to be able to host? They all have locks on them.

I've really enjoyed your videos. They have helped me in several ways. 2 questions though. Do you have a preferred load-out? SMG/Shotgun? Rifle/Sniper....? Same question as it pertains to backpack slots. 3 of each ammo? 2 Plates.....?
@@davecamp5491 Thank you, glad you are enjoying the videos and they are helping even though I'm not great myself 🤣. My favourite load out, the RC4 (M4) is an absolute must with red dot, if I can get it then the vertical grip and compensator. After that it is either the Evo (scorpion) with same attachments or the flare shotgun. The secondary depends on location. I use the Evo for outdoors mid/close but the shotty for city fights. I try to keep 3 stacks of AR ammo as this is my main weapon and 1 stack for the other as it will mostly be to finish someone or if I am low in my mag as it is quicker to change sometimes than reload. Keep 10 plates and 6 bandages but if I can grab some stims and self revive too.
Is the battle pass just cool skins and a few rewards? Or are there actual improvements to your character and skills?
@@davecamp5491 just skins, wallpapers and cosmetics. Nothing pay to win which is how I like it.

No ofense but still suck on this game, over and over lefti g better guns, keeping some bad ones and wasting entire mags trying to hit a target located only at 100 mts.

@@Llemon123 I'm having trouble playing tabor at the moment. There is an issue connecting with my pc as steam link doesn't like to work and oculus air link is playing up as it won't play games on steam through there it seems.

@@TJgames17 it's tough at the moment, both oculus air link and steam link isn't playing well so can't play it.
@@Mr-A.D.S If its helpful, I switched to Virtual Desktop the past week and it is working so much better than airlink for me now. Happy to help you get setup with it if you need 👍
23:24 too many mistakes: hold shootgun amo but dont keep the gun, keep a rifle without mags, left two M1A with tons of bullets and attachs (from the rifle) and dont use it with long distance players, 3 shoots of M1A its much better that full rifle magazine wasted trying to hit a long distance target.

@@mrspicolli there is a ammo pouch you can put on your leg for shotgun shells and individual bullets.

10:38 terrible gun choices. without a decent SMG your best option is the repetitive sniper, no matter had less power, 10 continuos shoots against 1 with 1x sight?
7:20 3 bullets and dont use a 3rd plate, your big issue is not been aware of what you got in the first place.

So I bought this game at launch and bounced off quickly. But seeing you play it makes me want to give it another shot. I heard it has some new modes now? What do you normally play? Is there a reason you don't play this solo like tabor?
@@coolwhip5 solo is dead. You wait ages for a game and it is half full sadly. Reborn is the main game mode now which is basically like rebirth island. Still fun to play even though I would prefer solos.

I have a 6800xt and 7700x cpu, I can run it all on epic and my monitor is 4k as well, but in the game I use epic on res and low on everything else, playing on psvr2
@@dustincriddle yeah the issue for me is steam link and the Oculus app. They are what is causing issues for me.

It went from having potential to be one of the best VR games ever, to complete crap. Reborn is terrible, and it split the entire community of players so no one plays solos and barely anyone plays trios - why would they do that? People have been waiting for a true battle royal vr game for years, they gave it to us, then tried to create a unique game mode that ruined it all. What a shame.
@@DavidFaxon I agree. I don't mind reborn but I prefer solos. I don't like to rely on others or let them down but I don't really have an option now. The other thing that is annoying is that with reborn, it's a 3 circle rotation so you always play the same areas.
I've been using it, for NPC's they get stuck (They wont move or shoot) if you are in point blank range of them making them. For players it's basically impossible unless you sneak up behind them and stab them twice in the head

S1 killed the game with the terrible changes, added bugs, and the stupid new mode that split the player base. I bought the game (three times actually) for trios, and I could not be more disappointed with how things turned out this season. I played almost every day in S0, and I won't touch it now.
Really? I stopped playing it for a little while after it launched so didn't see how much things have changed. Other than there being a lot more lag now I haven't had many other issues.
@@Mr-A.D.S Main issue, which may or may not be related to the game changes I dislike, is that it now takes much longer to find a solo or trio BR match. And when you do, lobbies are typically only half full--that's the main reason I'm done with it for now.
@@Evan-rd2rx yeah, I 100% agree with that. I would rather do solo but can't as it takes too long and half full lobbies.

@@reidthomas-b6w try to post everyday and make good thumbnails. I also got very lucky and started making videos on a brand new game that wasn't massive like cod or Fortnite so wasn't loads of people making videos on that game.

@@sombody8475 yeah. Still the same issues really. I think I need to buy a tp link for my internet as it doesn't like running through WiFi and my current TP link is limited to 75 so that may an issue.
@@Mr-A.D.S I use the Meta D-link instead of going through my router. Works well with air link, virtual desktop, and steam link.
