@@Globetrotter-1 although the charger itself is capable of 800w it puts a big burden on the alternator and the battery, most of the time while driving either to camp or a trail or in between trails 400-500 watts is enough to get me back up to 100 percent. I run a lot of exterior lighting, winch, air compressor ect. Stock alternator is rated for 120 amps. In the future I will be upgrading my alternator to a 220 amp unit at which point I’ll probably still leave the charging current to 400-500 watts. Plus the slower you charge the batteries the longer they tend to last. Just my two cents

@@702Overlanding I think all that is just nonsense. The 800W power draw places zero strain on a decent alternator, and even the lower power ones are well capable of pushing well over 2,000 watts for the excess 800W to charge a Delta. I actually often use it with the car not driving but just stationary, with the engine simply idling. Even while idling the Ecoflow alternator charger unit will quickly fully charge the Delta 2 in just over an hour, or the Delta 2+extra battery in a couple of hours. I often also connect an Ecoflow River to the back of the Delta while all plugged into the 800W charger. If my fridge/freezer is also plugged into one of the car's three 12V cigarette ports, and the main engine starter battery is not at full charge, then the Ecoflow will automatically adjust and lower the power down from the engine alternator to say 600-700W, and then automatically push it back up to 800W once the engine starter battery is back to full capacity.

I’m glad you can run it at full capacity, I don’t need it at full power everyday, if I need it then I can turn it up if needed.

@@702Overlanding There's another point I'm trying to make... That even if you set the Ecoflow alternator charger at full 800W it will still read the power needed for it to charge the main engine starter battery, provide priority to that, and automatically adjust the excess power to the Delta. In other words, it can be set at 800W and left at that setting without any fear of damage or excess strain on the main engine alternator. If your car has a very weak main alternator in the engine bay, the Ecoflow will just not work until you physically adjust and lower the settings in the app.

I also have 50watt panel on the roof rack to offset Starlink usage during the day. Love it

@@UncleFjester no those are ditch lights. They provide additional lighting to the right and left and illuminate areas of the road/Trail that your headlights don’t reach. Primary used when off-roading at night.

Iv changed alot on the bike since this video. Im running full titanium akrapovic pipes, and stage 2 cams. Short velocity pipes custome seat and daymaker headlight. Dyno showed 141 Rear wheel horse power

MrVrod702 good god man! Wow! I just bought mine Friday and already put about 300 miles on it. Such a fun bike. Those stock shocks need help. I have a buddy a ride and we bottomed out a couple of times.

@@JP1970 yeah they sure do. Its a night and day difference. Im pretty happy with the legends. Much more confident in the corners, the bike doesn't bounce as much

I actully took the irons off and replaced with magpul pop ups and they cowitness.

Its turned into a suppressed SBR since I made this video. Will make a new video soon as I have some time on my hands
