Wild Arms - Critical Hit! (Battle Theme) by Michiko Naruke So I noticed that for a really good song it has no extended version, so I quickly whipped up an extended version. This is my first Extended Song so lets hope that its good enough!

I'm always curious about extended tracks, cause there's this thing called repeat that might be easier lol i unno you can create a loop at the end of the music so you don't need to upload an hour long or so product if its set to repeat loop. save space and time

Yes, this version has an echo to it. It's actually in the original version of the game, as well; this particular version plays when Rudy is out of the party late-game. That echo might be to reflect the loss. Without Rudy there, the team is broken...empty...and hollow. But still, they fight on to save their friend. Seriously though, listen for it next time you play. Or check some vids. You'll hear the difference. ;3

I like to listen to this song immediately after completing the game, so I can reflect on the game as a whole, wonder how I got through the trials and tribulations it offered and appreciate the game that little bit more :)
This song it's just not the same without the cat-like grunts of some of the monsters xP.
This just screams PS1. And that's why it's awesome.

After what has happened it makes me wish I never associated this with "The Struggle" at all now. At least it's still a PS1 theme at the end of the day.
