I remember the original plugin was only on one server and the warzone was completely demolished from earth benders. Laggy glitchy but it was so fun. But there's an actual mod now and I know of someone else making a bending mod also.

I reccomend spawning in south zone 2 as on the island thingy there is not any dangerous creatures (apart 1 sarco and some birds you can easily outrun), it is infested with dodos, lystros, turtles, parasaurs, trikes, trilobites and ducks who give organic polymer. There is also 4 explorer notes really close so you can get a decent headstart.
