there is a difference in both taste and texture when it comes to baking. Sometimes white sugar is best and sometimes brown, it depends on the recipe. Though feel free to use only white sugar for everything you cook, it won't bother me.

thank you for pointing this out. I never looked up the story behind John Fogerty playing this song. I just looked it up and I did find an article that says CCR played the song at hotel parties prior to John recording it for his blue ridge rangers project. Of course basically all the songs CCR played were written by John Fogerty except the ones that were covers which he still arranged, or those on the last album that he didn't write which I've never heard.
