Great to see you two again and follow you in this first exercise! So much better than watching a press conference! Used two unopened tonic water bottles as weights, so I may have to wait several hours before I have my gin and tonic. Looking forward to doing the second exercise video. I have been doing the squats when I put something in the microwave and go down slowly and up quickly as my item heats up. Got to 25 this morning when I re-heated my coffee.
