We are testing one bounce and exit zone rules. One bounce is that you are allowed to have one bounce per possession! Exit zone is that the ball HAS to be hit outside of the 7ft serving circle. No drop hits to end rallies! Dropping on serves are legalized though. Would you say the ball rolls from the base of your hand into your fingers or are you looking to slot the ball into your top three fingers+palm?

Also, the bounce can only be taken outside the serving circle
So if your defensive touch goes inside the serving circle you won’t have your bounce?
@@jaredalmon7196 Correct, the goal of the one bounce is to extend possessions by being able to salvage receives and defensive touches but also not buff hitting. If the bounce is allowed in the serving circle then hitting actually gets a crazy buff from having easy sets off a bounce
The exit zone is necessary to keep people from playing dink ball to deny the bounce opportunity and to better enable the bounce usage
@@LukeMowry-os2bu I like this idea. Seems to be similar to setting in 2-net or 3v3 with sides
