I too had dealt with hormonal acne back in 2021 and it took me 3 years to completely get over it. I can feel you as I too had gone through mental breakdown and even depression because after having flawless skin for 18 long years I suddenly had to deal with a terrible looking hormonal acne all over my face and I couldn't accept myself. But they say "Time is a medicine" and with time, you too will be alright. And...our outer appearance doesn't define our worth. So no worries 🤗💕 Lots of love ❤ P.s.- Drink more water, don't experiment with too many skin care products and you may try Humdard Safi, it worked for me. Might work for you too ❤
