In this video, I talk about the Joint Venture of Sony and Ericsson in 2001, and how clever marketing turned Ericsson's very last phone into Sony Ericsson's first phone. Also, I show you the T68i's attachable camera and talk about the history of camera phones.

If you'd like to watch a full unboxing of this phone, head over to my friend Techformative's RUclips channel: ruclips.net/video/mdAJzOjYYdg/видео.html&ab_channel=Techformative

48 poly
24*
@@yahiawalidyt what is 24 poly anyway? Bit depth?
That means It has 89 instruments so it can play 24 of them
@@yahiawalidyt simultaneously?
This phone used the same soundfont as 6600 6670 and 7610.
That phone is 24poly
Not the same exact soundfont. The 6600,6670 and 6600 got *Large Bank* soundfont. Which lacks a lot of custom sounds But the Nokia 7600 got the *Mango Bank* soundfont which has more custom sounds and also found on N-Gage and 3300.
the soundfont is also seen in Series 40 phones like 7270, 3300, 3155i, 6235 CDMA and 6255 CDMA
Egyptian artifact, as well as a Must-have.
Such an interesting phone!
Just found your channel and its right up my alley
Нокия 3300b. круть! по факту это гибрид 5510+3300.
Remember when phones didn't all look the same? Yes... yes you obviously do!
What a classic!
I still have fond memories of my t68i and regret selling it to this day. I recall 2 weeks of standby time. I loved that phone. Thank you for making a video like this for people like me that reminisce about these types of things.
Heey! Cant wait to see more videos on the collection!
Nokia 3300
Lo quieroooo
Nokia phones were common in the US but only in the earlier 00s and late 00s. The old AT&T wireless carried many nokias so it would make sense that they would carry this phone. However I find it very odd that the US got the better 3300, it's usually the other way around. BTW the reason our phones were so bland was because most people in the US were Verizon customers which had mostly bland Samsung, LG, Audiovox, and Motorola flip phones.
Thanks for that really helpful piece of information! I knew that US carriers mostly had bland phones, but I didn't know the exact numbers and also which carriers had which contracts, so now that I know AT&T had a lot of Nokias in their portfolio, a lot of things make sense retrospectively. And you're right, the 3300b is like an extremely weird exception of the rule. For the most part, US models were lamer or lacked some important features that kind of made them unique in Europe.
@@vintagemobilephones4665 Hi! Can you make a video discussing why US phones where so bland back then - in most videos it's just stated as a fact that should be self-evident and taken for granted
Hey 👋 U/slavic_joe here from r/vintagemobliephones and I absolutely loved this video I think your channel is amazing and I can’t wait to see what you make next and I hope you become popular and we can bring vintage phones into the mainstream on the internet again
