@ricardopr54 Thanks! I admit it can be excessive but it saves me from stalling it. Probably will change Timer stop, from zero to a beep and vibration on my prop planes, though. Love the Southwest, lived in Vegas for 20 years, but wasn't into RC then.

@notoo7 Don't change your settings because of my comment. My apologies if I made you feel bad. If it helps give you confidence so you don't stall your plane, just continue using them. Every pilot has their own way to fly their planes. You are a good pilot. I just eyeball my planes on final approach and have developed muscle memory regarding where my throttle stick should be at landing for each of them. @rcflyer68 thanks! The closest I could get to throttle cues on my NX8/10, I turned on alerts for center point. That way when I was at 50% , I had my NX8/10 say in my case AIRSPEED. But on my IX14, you can customize the audio, with text to speech. I set center tone to say "50%". Then, in timer alerts I changed "Timer Start" to "25%" and "Timer Stop" to "Zero".

So far, it's been a great little jet. There is plenty of power and space in the fuselage. I would on only manicured lawns.

Sounds great, fast, highly manuverable, and tracks well taxiing. Most importantly, easier to take to the field than my 90mms.

Pulled off and by time I found it 3 days later many cars had run over it... 😮 Unmaidened Bird sitting in my hangar waiting for a wing...

@That_CRF450R it can be, but if you go with the rates in the manual, it will be twitchy. I started the recommended low rates as my mid or high. Also recommended gains to be put on dial or digital switch. It is possible to, especially roll, to have too much or not enough.

@@notoo7 What should I set my low rates as, and did you change the expo on your transmitter?

@That_CRF450R mine is 10% lower with expo 40% all around to start. Going to fly it today or tomorrow (hopefully) with 30% all around
