Wow, it's the only time I have seen another person with a copy of The Magic Tarot of Destiny. I came across this Russian deck on Etsy in 2022 and immediately recognizing the artwork of Boris in many of the cards, I pressed that buy button in a flash. While inexpensive, the cards did have terrible card stock, but I didn't care. I love Boris artwork and still have a couple of 1970's posters of his incredible fantasy artwork.

I really wanted one of your large bags, but I was too late. Hopefully you’ll be able to restock at some point. I missed out on the Sistine Tarot as well, but it’s probably good I didn’t spend the extra money anyway. Grad school sounds so demanding and I’m sure it’s pretty exhausting as well. I’m sure your break from RUclips was very much needed.

I feel as though I've been going through this same thing over the last year or so. The Odyssean Tarot does look beautiful though! I just stopped myself from onselling a couple of decks that I haven't used fir so long, and I've purchased a number of decks this year that felt like such a let down... So, while in my tarot lull I've decided to begin learning Lenormand and perhaps spend more time with oracle decks... Readings have been disjointed too. But yes! Saturation point is perfect. Time for me to stop the shop.. And really just chill with what I have. Thanks for sharing. I feel like you've spoken my feelings too. 🙌 ❤

I totally understand how it becomes all consuming at points!! I did have one question: would you be able to talk a bit more about the starseed matter? I’ve heard a few other tarot people talk critically about starseed in relationship to tarot, but it would be great to get a clearer breakdown about what exactly it is and how to spot it, so to speak, in decks. Welcome back. Glad to see you again. I didn't back the Odyssean cause I just knew I wouldn't use it. The only deck I am the prowl of is Delta Enduring. The Broccoli Mag decks are great. I forget what the upcoming one is. Crystals maybe? All of them pair so well with Spolia. Running over to your etsy rn. I just got two bags. The Jolanda is interesting. I have had the Swedish version for a long time. I'd been waiting for the book in English for years. I don't love the large borders on the reissue so I trimmed it down very first thing.

I totally feel you when you say you have all the decks you want. From my perspective I'm actually kind of bummed about it because it feels like I'm done discovering new, exciting artistic expressions of tarot. I wanna keep falling in love with new tarot art even if I choose not to buy any more decks, but I haven't found anything recently that fully wowed me. It feels like finding out the universe is finite and there are no more mysteries to uncover.

The hype around new decks in this community is out of control. I am not sure if that affected you in the purchase of the Odyssean, but it has me in the past with some decks. I now am very deliberate in my purchases and unless s deck really checks certain boxes for me especially the longevity box, I do not join the frenzy. Time might really bring the decks around for you. Happy tarot practice!

Was wondering about the card you didn’t like in the goddess of tarot - I REALLY did not like the hanged man due to the choice of goddess as it felt extremely violent. Bummed me out so much I haven’t quite come back to the deck and am genuinely considering giving it away. I love the artwork in the deck (the beautiful collage work!!) but that one card!!!! I can’t get over it!!!!

Great collection. I also like the Piatnik deck. Love the moon card. I have never seen another like it. There are no drops in the sky. To me it conveys a kind of eerie silence. I love the Tarot des Ambiguites. I have never seen it before and I am going to get it. Some of those images jumped out at me. Thank you.

Do you have the Herbal Astrology Oracle? I have an inkling you might like it, it has some amazing facts about herbs and plants and then it goes through lore with astrology and medicine. Very cool

I feel the same way about the Odyssean Tarot..I went back and forth with that deck for a good bit, it definitely piqued my interests but there was always something amiss. Well, after purchasing it I have to say that I’m a bit bummed as it just feels very large and overwhelming but not in the-I can’t wait to sit and really dig in deep-kind of way. I’m not at all writing it off yet, that deck cost a solid coin, but I think even going in with very middle of the road expectations still left me feeling disappointed, which is unfortunate. I connected so much more with my Circe Tarot by Lo Scarabeo which was like 1/3 the price tag lol. I’m relieved as I thought I was one of the very few who just didn’t connect, I was second guessing myself like what the heck is wrong here lol. The Abaton Keys is such a phenomenal oracle deck and I am so grateful to have discovered it through your videos, so thank you so much for that-it is such a profound deck and a favorite of mine now.
