Healthy High Protien Banana Bread/no sugar, no oil
Ingredients,
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup protien powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
3 over ripe bananas, 1 cup
1/2 cup plain yogurt or greek yogurt, low fat
2 large eggs
3/4 cup chopped sugar free dark chocolate
Bake 350F for 40-45 mins
1 cup oat flour

1/2 cup protien powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Mm looks pretty yummy. What flavour do you find is dominant. I would micro plane some orange and lemon rind into it. Looks quite fluffy..
Both is excellent and that is a good idea to make it more flavourful. Thank you I will add them in my future almond flour baking. I might even add a tbsp to 2 tbsp orange or lemon juice in this recipe :)

Is peanut butter FLOUR the same as peanut butter powder?
It should be the same, make sure without sugar if you are fallowing the low carb/keto diet. Sometimes if I have a lot of peanuts in my pantry, I roasted them in the oven then grind them in my food processor, it's even cheaper because 1 lb of peanut flour in my area is $14.49!! way to expensive for me lol.
