I recommend for that small dot you can go to brush then select felt tip pen (hard) Then use a rular select white colour then draw a line over the droplet and a small dot at end

I definitely prefer method than flipaclip method, not only does ibspaint has more color and edit options but it also lower layers I would definitely prefer 65 layers than 147 any day 😂
