Yes. You have to do self registration on their tourist information website. Unfortunately i don’t have link since I never registered myself. I l add get came to know this while leaving the country. What you can do is, during the immigration you can ask immigration officer about this.

@abhishekjain4749 bro. You have to register yourself everyday. When you are staying in hostels. They will do it themself but if in case you do Couchsurfing or you stay with some local friend then you have to register yourself on their tourist website. That’s called self registration. Bottom line is, just register yourself wherever you are. Govt must be informed about our stay. That’s mandatory and if you don’t do so they can penalise you while leaving country. I may ask you for all of your registerations. But if you miss registering one of two days. You can tell them that you were on the journey that day. This is a simple hack

Bro. You don’t have to stay in hotels everyday. Go to hostels every once in a week. They don’t ask you to stay in hotel but they ask you to register yourself everyday. So the day when you are doing Couchsurfing make sure to register you on their govt website for tourists. That’s what they want

@roamjourney back at that time. It was completely online. I can’t say for now. Coz rules can be changed anytime. One suggestion is, you can ask this to immigration officer while entering country but I would advise you to ask this after you get your passport stamped. Else he may see you suspiciously

I didn’t do that. I got registration only when I was staying in hotel and hostels. Other than that, I didn’t do any registration. I didn’t even face any challenge while leaving county. But I don’t recommend it. Do register everyday so there may not be any issue while exiting. I was lucky
