Good question pal Yes and No. Baldurs Gate 3 is like your “The Witcher” RPG, this is more your “Souls” RPG. This game cuts out the fluff and just puts you into the thick of it. On lowest difficulty possibly .. on hardest difficulty - hardest turn based game I’ve played.

Yes it is, jrpg are mostly very friendly, more so than wrpgs. If you liked BG3, you will probably find this one easier to understand.

@@ageup7493 Good point. JRPG’s are the easier to get into. They often don’t have difficulty options, and if you hit a wall, you can just grind out a few battles and move on

Mine too.. It just never gets boring, and the challenege on harder difficulties is Brutal, but addictive!

@@Scubas_Gaming I can promise you, as someone who did 12 runs on the switch. (13th now since it came out for PS5 and I got it for that and that’s my streaming device, lol) you will love this game. Many strategies you can do once you find out about secondary jobs.
