Thank you for the video. Pike Lake has been always been a special place since I was a kid growing up in Chillicothe. I'm now living in Texas and getting ready to bring my mother home for a week in June. We decided to stay in a preferred cabin and I cannot wait because it's been 20 years since i've been there.

What kind of material did you paint these on?
Painters canvas/:painters drop cloth. Buy the size you want or buy larger and cut. If you cut, you will need to bind the edges.

Thanks. I don't know yet. I think I might just focus on the annual Halloween Party this fall. I've been lazy the first half of the year and it's been nice. I did a lot last year. I still have a whole lot of videos to post from last the Halloween Party prep.
@@thewrappedmummy You’re very welcome! Yeah, sometimes it’s great to just relax. After the time and effort you’ve put into the tomb, I’d probably get a couple seasons out of it. It’s definitely important not to burn yourself out. I have a couple other people building the haunt with me so it’s definitely easier. You do so much (and with so much detail) by yourself. I’ve been so impressed with your builds! Can’t wait to see the rest of the video content!

Great video, Todd! King’s Island is only about 35 minutes from my house, so we go there a lot. My son-in-law (who I build our haunt with) is a full-time year-round ride mechanic there.
I purchased a season pass this fall, so I'll be going for Xmas lights. The pass is good for the rest of this year plus all of next year.

Would love to get a step by step mummy tutorial
A mummy is in the works! I've got the materials.
What did you use to wrap the mummy?
I used painters canvas. Cut it in strips and glued it to the frame with 3m spray glue.
We used free carpet rolls from the local carpet store for our Egyptian columns. Used dollar store bowls on the top and stenciled the column.
That's a great idea! And a whole lot cheaper. Were you able to get the empty carpet roll tubs for free?
The carpet store. They are happy to give them away.

Wow! Lookin’ really good, Todd! I’m running behind on my haunt builds. I’m going to be a guest at Gem City Comic Con in Dayton next month and I’m building a ton of stuff for that. What if I used cardboard instead of wood? Can it still work?
Absolutely! If you need to piece the pieces of cardboard together, I would use brown packing tape to cover the seams.

The old location was on E Broad St, right downtown. This was my first time at the new location. When heard this was coming to COSI, I just had to go.
