I like the vibe and seriousness of the first game compared to the goofy ass 2nd and 3rd game they came out with. Is it perfect? Nah but it's definitely the best one

Even though after PS1 i switched to PC forever, this PS1 game always had special place in my heart. I played this game PC version, on PSP, on PS vita soo many times & i enjoy it even after playing soo many times

Should be noted whole reason this [second] remake exists is Microids had to hire yet another dev team (Tower Five) to correct what PlayMagic had put together. And another reason console gaming sucks. Sony releasing a new version for what is a patch. And quite frankly, the PS4 discs should have been recalled.

I mean yes the original 13 is a game of its era and a pretty average one mechanically but the flaws of the new 13 aren't copied from the old 13, it's worse.

I'm currently playing the remake right now on PC. I never played the original but I did hear about the remake come now and how horrible it was. Anyway it was on sale on steam for like 3 bucks so I got it and I gotta say it's actually pretty fun. They fixed a ton of the issues that I've heard about.

I just got it for 7 bucks on the Xbox store 😂 I paid $110 Australian for when it was originally released and it was pure trash 😂 returned it instantly and we are back with a slightly better polished game that actually works. Stoked 🤌😂

Never seen anything like it but this is good. I like the look of the PS4 pro, but that's what I want when I wanted a PS4 instead of the other two models. But PS4 is still a great gaming console.

To be honest,Rehydrated was a mess. The graphic pop ins for example were distracting,and it did this thing that Borderlands 2 remaster did,where the world went blurry when you died. It wasn’t as bad,but I wish it wasn’t there in the first place. I know I’m going to get hate,but Rehydrated could have been so much better,and in my opinion it was the one that didn’t feel finished. Cosmic Shake felt like a game that listened to the people’s complaints about Rehydrated’s graphical flaws. Also both games are short,so when people say BFBB is a longer game,they’re probably talking about the bosses. Other than that,Cosmic Shake does a lot right,and people who say they want more feels a little ungrateful. They didn’t have to make a sequel,but they did to satisfy us who liked the last game. I wish they would fix those graphical errors on Rehydrated in the future,but they probably won’t. Both games are fun,but I like “Cosmic Shake” a little more. Nit picks and complaints,why can’t we just enjoy a game for what it is and leave the criticism behind for once?🤷‍♂️

Great review Wade. I have similar thoughts. For me personally, it is the best Harry Potter game ever made. I did enjoy Chamber of Secrets and Quidditch World Cup back in the day too. Hogwarts Legacy is a great addition to the Harry Potter Universe just like the books, movies, and Universal Studios.

Dead Island has always been about the traps and managing enemies - I liked that part about it (together with the weapon customization). Dead Island 2 looks much of the same, but boy does it look pretty! I'd say it's a game to get on discount - rental isn't really an option in most places 😅
