Dean was a great first boyfriend. He gave her a pleasant, romantic view of relationships and that was good for her. I hated how small his life turned out but i guess he is happy since family and a home was all he wanted and like Loralie he loved small town life. Jess was a terrible bad boy boyfriend; a phase we all go through. He was good for her too in some ways. Challenged her intellectual which Dean was never able to do but Jess had his own demons. I'm happy he eventually found his way. BUT LOGAN IS END GAME I DON'T THINK THERE WILL EVER BE ANYBODY ELSE FOR HER OR FOR HIM CAUSE THEY MATURED TOGETHER. The worst decision Rory ever did was turn down logans proposal and I truly think she regrets it now. I hope they do another season where Rory finally admits that it was the wrong choice and she asks logan to marry her. She needs to chase logan now and get him back

I wanted to punch Rory when she said no to Logan’s proposal! I loved them together and no matter how many times he messed up I was and forever will be team Logan. I know they would of made such a good married couple as they acted like they already were one. Once he finally realized how much he loved her and how much he needed to make sure he didn’t do anything else to try to hurt her, he was the right man for her. He always pushed her to peruse her dream of being a journalist and even found multiple jobs for her if she said yes to him and moved across the country with him. He also always made her life an adventure in such a good way! He always put her first and the way he smiled at her! They were endgame and they belonged together no matter what!!! I hate that Rory said no and I think she really messed up there. I also hate his good bye in the series. It made sense in that moment I just wish we got a better good bye from him as he made such a big impact in the series. Also his proposal speech was perfect and so sweet! I kept hoping Rory would say yes at her graduation and say something like “I would love that avocado tree” or “yes I want to jump!” Also I don’t know why but for some reason when he calls her “ace” I instantly fall in love with him all over again!!! If there was a 2nd revival series I would start it with the opening scene as Rory playing with her kid in the living room and then Logan walking in from the next room over or walking in the front door and then them kissing. It’s so obvious that if Rory had ever said marry me not her in year in the life then Logan would immediately say yes! They will never get over each other because they belong together!!! If Rory told Logan about the baby he would drop everything to be with her and raise their baby together! This is the biggest mistake of her life. And I think the writers screwed up here, they decided that in the end Rory ended up where her mother was, instead of showing how she went a different way. Because Rory + Logan and Lorelai + Christopher are very different stories. Rory and Logan's relationship was mature, they lived together, they supported each other, they understood each other and neither of them could ever do better. In the end, Tristan was a crush (a barley one at all), Dean was her first love, Jess was her bad boy phase, and Logan was TRUE LOVE!!! They should have ended up together! Also they can’t just leave us with that ending of the revival series! There better be another season of it! And in that next season, Rory better tell Logan about the baby, Logan better drop everything to be with her (which we know he would in a heartbeat), Rory and Logan better end up together like they belong and raise that baby together and get married, and they better get their avocado tree!!!!!

Rory, and Logan always and forever Rogan even though Rory didn’t accept his marriage proposal she will always love him no matter what to me he is one of the best boyfriends she’s ever had he made her come out of her comfort zone.

Ahhh, I truly believe Logan was the One for her. He combined both the perceived stability and romantic devotion of Dean by showing up and committing to Rory, and the adventure and snark of Jess by matching her wit and challenging her ideas and pushing her outside her comfort zone just a bit... And I say that as someone who LOVED Rory/Dean in the early seasons, as someone who *hated* Jess for just being a jerk in general and for breaking up Rory and Dean specifically. At the time, I wanted some kind of redemption arc for Dean, and I outright resented Logan when we first met him. I hated the whole friends-with-benefit/non-exclusive beginning of their relationship too... Let's face it: all of Rory's relationships are complicated... Rory has made awful choices and so have her men. So I think more than anything we have to choose the best suitor for Rory based on compatibility, support in the relationship, and individual growth that each character goes through. And the thing is, Rory and Logan are both in this weird, unstable moment in their life--Logan is determined to be reckless and Rory is acting self-destructively when they meet. Logan pulls Rory into a life of adventure, but she pulls him into a life of responsibility... And out of all the boys Logan, with all his flaws, is allowed to grow in a positive direction alongside Rory from a rash and irresponsible playboy who hates the idea of growing up to an adult who wants to make his way in the world and fix his mistakes and learn to be a better man... He's a little bit of Lorelai, a touch of Christopher, a dash of Richard... and perfect for Rory... They really loved each other--always have--and there has never been a good reason why they didn't end up together. They really had me with that True Love rocket and the conversation they had about Rory and Logan belonging to each other. I also loved that he cared about her mom's opinion of him and Stars Hollow and that he would show up at the hospital just to wait with her...

I will never understand why people are so obsessed with rory and jess. okay their chemistry is perfect but rory and logan also have fucking chemistry. besides that alexis and milo were dating then... if rory wanted to be with jess she would, they had several opportunities. and in all the years since the end of gg, they haven't seen each other again. who came back? logan and rory. I hate rory for turning down his proposal, but as a person who also has academic validation, daddy issues, thinks a lot about the future, has had bad experiences and is confused, I can 100% see why rory didn't want to get married and it's not because she didn't love him. their physical and emotional connection is much stronger than hers with jess, they were a somewhat toxic teenage relationship. JESS HARASSED HER.
