Are there any options available for a 29 year old male that suffers on average 5 seizures per day since approximately 9 years of age; however, he is without health insurance and is unemployed living in a village in Eastern Sayia County. Given the fact that I am in the United States, I have no clue as to what might be available to help someone in his situation. All I can think of is to try and start a fundraiser for the medical costs he is likely to incur, which is probably vastly different from costs here in the US.
