Short Bob HEADBAND WIG (A very British/African review lol)
I found this cheap wig MYSELF, after literally spending AGES on Ali Express & decided to share my findings for ladies trying to save money on wigs. I'm currently living the struggling artist lifestyle lol so needed something simple but nice, cheap & cheerful (and this does the trick!)

    Your nails look GORGEOUS! I struggle with growing my nails... their growth is not fast enough for my liking, they're soft & bent easily so they tend to break before anything is barely there. I used to use Mavala Mava-Strong base coat religiously during my teenage years (I think I used about 3 bottles throughout a 9 month course or so) on both my hands & toenails which was alrighty but I didn't find the outcome that fruitful in the long run! & the nail polishes which I can't go without didn't sit nicely on that base coat... so I omitted the Mavala brand altogether until recently one of my friends was swearing by this scientifique series nail hardener & its efficacy! so I guess it's time for me to pick a fresh start with the brand. I genuinely hope it works 🤞🏼

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay 13 дней назад

      Aw thank you, I appreciate it 🥰 Listen, my nails use to be the exact same - always brittle, broken and busted looking 😩 so I definitely hear you. Oh ok so that's one product I don't think I've come across but yes try their scientifique hardener as per my nail videos, it's the only thing that's ever worked for me. Use it consistently and try to be patient (from your previous use of the other product it sounds like you've got patience in abundance anyway so that will help for sure). It took almost a year of consistent usage before my nails really started to look healthy and grow well (but remember I was coming from a life of fake nails so my natural nails were seriously damaged when I started using it). But that said, they were once stupidly damaged and now, their always in the best condition. If you haven't already, here's the link to my latest nail update video published in November ruclips.net/video/0NJu3sCqW9s/видео.html Their still going strong! It can be done so hoping it works just as well for you too❤x

    I have found some excellent supplements to help with the mood disturbances but the extreme fatigue is so overwhelming and the breast tenderness is so awful. I’m seeing a personal trainer tomorrow because I need help getting started with an exercise routine. I REALLY struggle with motivation.

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay Месяц назад

      Oh really, please do feel free to share the names of the supplements if you wouldn't mind. Other women with PMDD who see these comments may want to purchase some for themselves and I always like to try new remedies too 🥲 Using a personal trainer is a great way to start and I commend you for even doing that because when the motivation isn't there it's extra tough (and when PMDD is in play it's even harder as you know), so you're making a great stride. Motivation itself isn't an every day thing (speaking from my own experience) but no matter how I feel I get up and go. There's never been a time when I worked out that I felt worse, only better - always! So I approach it from that perspective especially on my worst pmdd days. I keep doing it all the time no matter what I'm feeling, motivated or not and working out for me has been a great remedy for the fatigue side of things too so I hope you find it beneficial in this way too - You can absolutely do this 💕

    As a millennial, this video hit differently! The economy has not been kind to us with a recession as soon as we entered the job market, to covid and raised rent and interest rates. Many of us feeling trapped wanting to leave our jobs but these bills are loud!

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay 3 месяца назад

      Completely! 😫we entered the job market along with all types of additional struggles, it feels like we've never had the opportunity to know different and this is why we might as well make the most of our lives because we may never get to see a less stressful side of the economic pressures that have been our norm. People say yolo all the time but it's really that. We have to find a way to pay the bills but also, a way to live a more fulfilled life before we're way too exhausted in our final years - I appreciate your feedback 🤗❤x

  • @Mission_More_Money
    @Mission_More_Money 3 месяца назад

    Very true. People work to live and are often unhappy with the little "life" that they get to enjoy. I think a lot of it is also insecurity or lack of belief in yourself. Many of us are afraid to try anything new, or we're afraid we'll end up with the same results after trying to make a difference.

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay 3 месяца назад

      Absolutely, and I use to be one of those people. 8 years it took me to build the courage to start posting on social media. I was so consumed thinking about everything that could go wrong and none of those things happened! My motto is just start and worry about it after because chances are by the time we've done the thing, the fear and worry would have greatly diminished because it's never actually as bad as we think. We have to find a way to live more fulfilled lives as we only have one to spare - it's time to chase our dreams relentlessly however that may look. I appreciate your feedback 😊❤

    I relate to this so much you feel like you’re going nuts like you’re trapped in your own brain and you’re just losing it. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. There’s been times where I almost break a door and then two minutes later I’m fine that makes me feel so crazy. Then I’m so happy when it ends just for it to begin again next month I always am just so happy when my period starts, but in the back of my mind, I know that next month it’s gonna be the same thing. I tried to get myself to understand when those things start happening to not spiral out of control, and to realize that this is a pattern that happens every time my menstrual cycle is comingfrom my menstrual cycle and begin bleeding it will start to go back to normal sometimes all I could do is laugh it off because I will have some serious passive suicidal thoughts and then a minute or two later I’m in the mirror like my body is gorgeous. That makes you feel like you’re actually nuts like what the hell is wrong with me also, I found that I stim a lot. To self soothe myself during my pMDD episodes. now I’m not diagnosed autistic. I brought it up to people in my family and they laughed like I could never be autistic. I’m not saying for sure am but there are certain things that I do that make me think. I’m just a super high functioning autistic person.

      This sounds like an accurate depiction of life for many of our community who deal with this condition. I've experienced the same time and again and the worst part like you mentioned, is feeling extremely sabotaging emotions only to feel immediate relief at the onset of our bleed. It's such a horrible struggle and is the exact reason why I speak so much about the condition because those who don't have it won't fully ever understand. The awareness of knowing what to expect does bring a little relief but then having to go through the actual motions is tough every time so I absolutely understand where you're coming from. The cycle of it can be so traumatic because such drastic changes month in month out is the toughest thing to deal with. I'm sorry that it's been causing you such a difficult time but know that you're not alone. I actively manage mine and it's been helping greatly but the last few days before my bleed can still be pretty challenging. I don't know so much about autism as I do about pmdd but if you feel it's something that you're dealing with definitely speak to your medical professional as I can only imagine what the combination of that with PMDD must be like❤ I've published a bunch of blog posts on PMDD to encourage other women with the condition, feel free to check them out whenever you have time or are experiencing the worst of the symptoms via my website www.lifewithanniejay.com but in the meantime, keep fighting the fight because this condition doesn't define us ❤x

    Hello, I have only just found your video, thank you for sharing this. I have pmdd which seems to trigger extreme health anxiety and all sorts of aches, pains and depression. I have actually started taking raw turmeric in hot milk with black pepper and cinnamon, I am taking it twice a day, it’s been 4 days and I do see a positive effect already. This is a very old Asian recipe used for numerous illnesses, you can substitute the milk for almond or oat etc. The idea is some fat is needed to make the curcumin in turmeric more effective and the black pepper also increases absorption of this compound. I am due my p in a couple weeks so I’m hoping it will help as the spiralling from anxiety is hell.

      I'm glad to hear you found it helpful ❤ Thank you for sharing this too, I'd always just taken raw turmeric with a little black pepper and water so I'll give your recipe a go but more importantly, I'm glad you've noticed a positive difference Sometimes, the most powerful remedies are in raw herbs (if not most times). I hope the anxiety you're experiencing calms down too as it's one of the worst symptoms in my opinion. Sending you virtual hugs x

It seems to be difficult to find in beauty stores here in the UK so I actually order it from Ebay. Below I've pasted the direct link I use to buy it in case it helps ❤x www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274068858815?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=rckjPg20Rle&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=h_lEhZnxR5W&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=WHATS_APP

    I feel complete apathy for all my hobbies (singing/ dancing kpop).I dont know If Im in major depression Im at the end of my Luther phase

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay 5 месяцев назад

      Try to go on with your hobbies anyway (I know it's difficult to do). Once I get going with them, I start to feel good. They counter act the negative emotions. I do them a lot more now during the bad weeks & as odd as this may sound, I also watch A LOT of inspiring or comedic content (especially comedic!) because laughter boosts my feel good endorphins majorly. At one point, I also felt like the pmdd didn't end - I just got so engrossed in the negative emotions, it became learnt behaviours and those depressive symptoms carried on and on. The things that make you happy, do them a lot especially at the time you don't feel like it. It's the way I train my emotions to date (rather than letting them lead). hope this helps ❤

      Yes it really helps, working out and watching my diet are definitely top of my list. They help massively! Start small so it's manageable (with the physical activity) but sticking to it is most important. With the food, it's the process of elimination and seeing how you feel after taking certain things out. Don't be discouraged if it's taking a while to figure it all out because it will take some time but once you find what works, it'll be worth it ❤

      If you feel you're experiencing it yes please, definitely seek the opinion of a medical professional. In case you haven't seen it already, I've published a video on 'how to self-diagnose' too. Here's the link ruclips.net/video/fjchTd17qoI/видео.html and in case you prefer a written version, I've put up a Blog Post on how to self-diagnose as well here's the link lifewithanniejay.com/pmdd/how-to-self-diagnose-pmdd/ - I hope you're able to find some useful relief soon ❤

    fasting has helped me a lot. My brain is happier when it is hungry. I'm on day two on a water fast and I feel so much better than I did two days ago.

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay 6 месяцев назад

      I can totally relate - I haven't done a water fast for a while but even the intermittent fasting has done wonders. Like you, I feel lighter, my brain function is better and the emotional symptoms aren't so severe. The remedies might seem extreme to other people but it will literally only be understood by those of us who deal with this condition - we've got this ❤

    did you have any benefits from the minipill like cerazette?I only started suffering for 4 months and Im only taking for a month I see no change except that the bad days started happening later in my cycle

    • @missanniejay
      @missanniejay 6 месяцев назад

      ah OK so the mini pill is working differently for you than it did for me. I've responded to one of your previous questions I'm sure you'll see before getting to this one (re cerazette). My encourage for now though, is that finding something that works when it comes to the condition takes serious time (from my own experience). In that time of course, the condition doesn't stop so there may be points when you feel like this is too difficult. I almost gave up on myself on multiple occasions. Keep doing everything you can. My life looks so different now than it was some years back because I kept fighting. Keep fighting sis, you're worth every effort. Many ladies have DM'd me on insta which is where I'm most active besides YT. Feel free to message me there @missanniejay. If you're not on insta, my email is on my RUclips profile page, drop me a message. The condition is tough, but I can tell you from experience, we're tougher ❤
