The governor cut off isn't a major engine component, the air compressor is the major component you have to mention how it's driven either "belt" or "gear driven" & Always remember name the part name the condition of the part, where it's mounted to (either the engine or chasis or etc.) and how it's mounted to it (mounting bolts 🔩) also most trucks governor cut of is under the Truck more near the back by the air tanks area other trucks have in the front engine area by the passenger side. Great question 💯 so in NYS due to weathering the rust appears next day after changing brakes, rotters, u blots and leaf springs pretty much anything below the engine rust fast. So they only want the key words "not rusted cracked or missing" they aren't all up on the vehicle or student either they maintain 3 to 6 feet distance. That being said due to weathering in NYS everything gets rusted fast so they just loom for key words. Thanks for commenting 🙌

Also if your taking the test in New York City I recommend follow everything on these videos 📹 word for word you'll be okay if so.. if not other states and School's have old videos and rules are different in other states.

If it is your the only person who noticed it 🙌 I'll check in a few, but also remember if you get the maximum points outside inside after you do safe Start and air brake test they would usually tell you once you have go many points. That's the best part, when you have to Many points you get the skip everything else. Also now they started asking students "how do you place the triangles 🔺️? " on the driving road test part. Remember if you you say 40 to 20 or 20 to 40 its the same thing ! Thanks for commenting 🙌 New York State #DMV ONLY CARES THAT YOU MAKE THINGS Obvious. Also when teaching students I realized that saying 20 to 40 psi is easier to remember because our trucks pop out at 25 or 30 psi 👨‍🏫🚛🚌

Other people Say the Spring breaks apply between 45 and 20PSI or vice versa between 20 and 45PSI because on the front of the DMV manual for the learner permit test that's the correct answer 🤯👨‍🏫 But in chapter 11, 12 & 13 it states between 40PSI and 20PSI or vise versa 20PSI to 40PSI
