This was an extremely vulnerable video and I am so proud of you for allowing yourself to open up and share it. I completely relate to what you talk about with depression, not feeling like you know your path in life anymore etc. It's a constant feeling of being lost and there's nowhere else to go but up, but there's no ladder or rope to climb.
