Patient Name:- Tejveer Singh Problem:- Sudden stemmer and stuttering start Date of visit:- 07/05/2024 सर आप ने कल मरीज को भर्ती करवाने की सलाह दी थी लेकिन ज्यादा वक्त होने के कारण और में बाहर से आया था उस कारण मरीज को एडमिट नही करवा सका और समय ज्यादा होने के कारण कारण आप से दुबारा सलाह भी नही मिल पाई। सर क्या में जान सकता हूं मरीज को कितने दिन तक भर्ती रहना होगा ओर आप ने भर्ती करने की सलाह किस कारण वश दी ?
