The N97 Mini have a big problem called "hand effect" so if you get the phone in your hand the signal strenght go down and it's impossible to receive or make a good call. Very poor phone. Don't buy it. Look for others brands.

Er... that's the N97 MINI, not the N97. At this time of writing, the lifetime free maps are not (yet?) available for the N97. Nice ad, though.

So why the hell wasn't this available from the start??? It's like British Leyland - Release the product in any state and let the customers test it, then sort it out later!!! Stupid.. I am reluctant to get another device until Nokia sorts out is product development process and actually releases a properly finished product....

Wow something i have been longing for since the day I brought N97. After this update I can proudly pull this phone out in front of IPhone users(May not be as user friendly as IPhone) but still can expect some stare at my Nokia N97

Install Social Messaging and tell me if still have that kind of space on the memory... With the 95% of programs installed between the mass memory and the 8gb micro sd, i have , 9.5mb of free space!

Ich versteh nicht, warum Nokia die neue Firmware nicht jetzt schon frei gibt. Die wissen doch genau das die aktuelle Fehler hat. Die müssen natürlich bis Oktober warten, bis Nokia N900 in die Läden kommt. Nokia 5800 hat schon wieder eine neue Firmware...
