Can confirm this is accurate, haha. I actually died about 50 times and throughout all the deaths I left a couple times to go get the items and as it turned out I had enough to make a video on it, that purifying tear is so important and somehow I didn't need it on my first playthrough

If only ps5 had a web browser then you’d be able to play through xcloud. This why it’s good to have multiple consoles so you can get the best of all worlds . If you’re in a budget get an Xbox one s for like $120 and play it thought gamepass xcloud. Or a series s for around $200-$250. Otherwise idk what to tell you

I have learned to just accept that this is how it is with them, its to be expected every time xbox releases a game. Its just the way things are with sony ponies on metacritic reviewing games negatively that they wish they could play 😂

Why would us PlayStation players care about Hellblade 2? We have stellar blade, and with Hellblade it's no competition on the gameplay

@@StaringFrog nothing to be confused about. It was a good opinion piece. Why would the consumer need to worry about how the developers fund themselves? No matter how the game is distributed if it’s something worth playing people will find a way to consume good content either payed or not. It’s the developers and publishers to make good faith business decisions to keep the studios open. Other games launched in both Gamepass and steam that is considered good or great far exceeded the player numbers on hellblade 2. The amount of paid user was a direct correlation of how well the game is perceived. Pal world is a good example that game launch on both Xbox Gamepass and steam but it exploded on the steam platform and in correlation it was expected that the game did exceptionally well even though it was also in Gamepass, people mostly payed attention to the payed user numbers. There’s other steam and Gamepass releases that did the same thing. High fi rush, starfield,. Forza Motorsport tells you that the game is very niche just by looking at the steam numbers. And you didn’t answer the question paying $11 to gain access to hellblade, how much of that in your opinion actually went to the developers. If you were a developer or publisher would you make more money from hellblade on steam or on Gamepass where $11 is paid to gain access. Again no sarcasm here.

@@BFLAT3D nice ok appreciate the explanation, honestly I don’t think they make anything on my purchase of game pass. I’m not fully sure how it works to be honest but I imagine they had to make some kind of deal that pays up front directly to the creators of the game to allow it on game pass, and then they likely get some kind of royalty for every account that plays their game. Just a guess and not something I’ve looked into personally. That’s why I was confused because it seemed like you were just insisting it’s the consumers responsibility to pay the most expensive route to assure the creators are paid appropriately which would’ve been 100% wrong but you clarified that thankfully. Just online things, easy to misinterpret sometimes so thanks again!

The number of sells dictates how good a game is doing, if Hellblade 2 wasn't on game pass it wouldn't have nearly as many players as it has let's be honest
