this will probably be lost in the sea of comments but idk vent jumpscare i guess a while back (around the end of december or so) there was someone. i told them i liked them. they said they didn't know, they weren't ready, i said ok and i respected that. and then last week they texted me and we started forming something: a relationship. i changed, became more clingy and romantic and they realized they couldn't handle it so they texted me last night that they needed boundaries. we discussed and then stopped. i fell asleep. a couple hours later, they texted me that they can't do a relationship or anything anymore because they're realizing that they aren't ready and im up at 1am reading this like "ok, that's fine". they told me it wasn't my fault, that i didn't do anything that they just aren't ready but for the first time since i met them i just don't believe that i don't. logically i know that this isn't the end. in fact, we're still gonna be friends. we're gonna be ok because we always are. and i will love again. but every time something good comes my way, i feel good about myself, it gets taken. knocked down. blown away. like maybe i am just the terrible person my ex friend said i was that will die alone and never find anyone and when i do they'll leave me. maybe they were right. maybe. maybe im a failure, a fuck up, a ruin of a person. because i had something so so good and i messed all of it up because i couldn't fucking contain myself. and despite the fact that they said "this isn't your fault" no. it is. i know it. and i cannot help but believe it. it feels like i always ruin everything. and they are just another person i got close with and then fucking hurt and i feel like a terrible person. bc you know what maybe that's what im meant to be at this point and i should start fucking acting like it. i won't. like i said, logically this isn't the end. and we're still friends. but i cannot help but think that im terrible

To all the people who hate on Spencer for “stealing Melissa’s boyfriends” I think you’re forgetting the fact that Ian and Wren and the rest of them were grown men….they were grown adults preying on Spencer who at the time in season was would’ve been 13-14 maybe even 15. Spencer was a minor in seasons 1-2, those grown men knew that yet they still chose to go after her. As for Spencer, she was a teenager goth through hormonal changes which meant she was gonna start liking different people, that’s not her fault. Those men should’ve known better, and Melissa as well as Veronica should’ve gotten mad at those men for preying on a damn teenager.

Majority of you people sad and alone but have family? My so called mom gave me up for dope. I grew up in a orphanage. The families would come in picking the kids because they can't have any and I was never picked but once you get a certain age they kick you out into the world. I was molested at the orphanage on several occasions. I'm 37 years old now and once I was old enough I joined the military that was my first family I ever had. They taught me a lot and what size back stateside I visited that orphanage three of the guys that was supposed to take care of us mysteriously disappeared don't know what happened to it. I met a woman and fell in love with her but as we tried to have kids we never could. So she left. I kept ties with the orphanage that I grew up in and found out there was a little girl that was two years old dropped off at the front door. I adopted her she is now 11 years old she's doing college prep classes at her age. I couldn't be happier for her for anything. She brought peace into my world of war and torment. I love my lil brat and she loves me. I tell you this bc i don't understand how you can be so sad and unhappy when you have everything me and her ever wanted. A family.
