I am on a time limit. Dependency has been dismissed my children are home with me but this does not excuse those that have violated ethical duties, laws, and caused injury and harm. Until the falsified documentation is removed and I am provided with access to justice the threat and safety and risk of being subjected to abuse by any abuser in the system that has a motive to get away with their abuse of power. A family with no connections to power is set up for disaster and lack of opportunity to obtain financial stability. Without full disclosure of what it is I'm up against and what I must combat I'm the system when under review for any opportunity I seek. I do not wish to have my lively hood extracted nor do I wish to extract anyone else's lively hood but there must be a line when system crosses that line there must be a sure way to protect ones own safety with out the life stability being depreciated.

How can one make a clearly defined request for their records located in a designated set of records if they have never been provided with a list of all designated sets of records created for tham over a time period, or in and by a county, city, agency, and entered into the system? I personally do not recognize any corrupt authority as having power to regulate, govern, enforce, or be involved in the personal sensitive matters of my children and I. I am not a "risk" to the system that will go away until the truth stands.

What direct access to justice, an honest investigation into corrupt practices and fraud across the sector do I have If I have discovered harmful falsification in the clinical, child protection investigation reports, educational student documentation of reports, ect when my intentions are to be provided with an authentic administrative record of accounting that includes the chain of custody for our personal social, behavior, correctional, educational, health records including the total amount of services billed, actions taken, ROI's, ect? I have strong evidence that shows that my children and I have historically been subjected to criminal acts by investigators that have compromised our health and safety while subjecting us to abusive services by corrupt providers and officials that have collectively conspired submitting false claims, preventing us from having a fair investigation and manufactured historical records that have injured us multiple times in these common agency wide corrupt practices. Every agency claims not to have jurisdiction to investigate even an administrative law judge.

If nobody has jurisdiction or authority the minimum assistance that would be acceptable in my personal injuries cause by county procedures would be to be taken under the wing of a well seasoned investigator to teach me hands on the process I may take on my own to conduct my own investigation, audit, and legal process with clear actions available for me to correct the records to reflect the truth and to enforce sanctions, and provide access to damages for my family.
