Caustic Soda is corrosive, that's why we don't dissolve with our hands but the polymer is not corrosive and will form lumps if dissolved in some other way. Thanks for the comment.

What in the heck did i just watch? The most dangerous backwoods way to make soap....It's like we're still in the age of dinasours. Putting hands in lye is very dangerous and can lead to liver failure and kidney poison.(DEATH) and it can eat away your fingerprints and skin. It's called lye burns. The government uses Lye to speed up dead bodies to rot. One splash into the eye and you are blind!! And ZERO of this soap making is sanitary! Bacteria will grow in soap if you don't wash down your equiptment and bowls with bleach or alcohol. This way of making soap should be illegal. You could kill a child with this mess!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you for not learning the proper way to make soap. How do I know? I've been making soap since I was a kid and I'm 52 now. I've gone and learned the proper way to make everything from lotions to soap to shampoo to conditioners. Get on your computer or go to the library and learn the proper way to make soap then, and only then, teach this to others. You are money grabbing and not caring for those you can kill with this soap. I beg you to go and study soaping.

We use it but in a small quantity. It can make ur soap to be soft and the soap can go rancid with time. U cannot use it upto 10% . Be careful
