Trust me, I know what it's like to have your favourite tuckshop item pulled off the menu. That's what happened to me as an autistic 7-year-old boy. They used to sell Ice Man, which were these lemonade ice blocks with jelly babies frozen inside them. I went to the tuckshop one day to get one (you had to go up to the counter during playtime at "big lunch" to get it) and to my horror I found that they had been replaced by these "Phantom" ice creams that were shaped like a skull. As soon as I walked away from the tuckshop I began to bawl my eyes out. A teacher came up to me and pulled the wrapper off and handed it back to me, but I didn't want it so as soon as she walked away I threw it into a bush next to the school eating area. That was in 1996 by the way.
