why does this have so little views

was torn between the Valvetronic exhaust and the Active Autowerke single resonated midpipe for my car. Glad I went with AA. If I ever have more money, and if Valvetronic comes out with a single midpipe, I'd be happy to take a look.

Got a custom exhaust from Jiangxi Boska i think it was. S63 full catback, valved, electronic valves. I think I paid $1200 shipped. The design, fitment, and hardware is identical to my wife's Armytrix catback. It took a month but I wasn't in a rush. It was a far better deal for just bent/welded stainless pipe compared to $8k + for Meisterschaft or any of the other usual suspects. None of them fit or sound $7000 better.

Why do these run on a remote? I want a switch in the car, not a fob

My buddy and I have been running JTLD exhausts in our e9x M3s and they are great I also got to customize my exhaust with 4 resonators instead of 2 for no price difference

Should just support your local muffler shop and get quality American steel mandrel bent for your car … then find a way to retrofit OEM valves rear mufflers from a higher spec model by your manufacturer. Got the S7 quad tips on my A7 and CETE sells module to activate it with factory valves

Every single “tuning” company does this. ARM, CTS, ECS (though ECS and CTS do have a few products they make themselves) ARM is purely just drop shipping. It’s a good business model I’ll give them that, they just have great marketing and sponsorships to get new customers who aren’t as handy with cars and can’t tell that the quality is identical to things on alibaba

Royblinge is the man that is going viral for exposing these phony companies that say "they manufacture their own products". From carbon fiber, body kits, brakes, exhausts, wheels etc. Most of them are manufactured in China. I'm not saying that they're bad quality, if the manufacturer uses high-quality parts and equipment, I don't see anything wrong with it. The only thing wrong with this is when US companies drop-ship and charge an arm and a leg for the same item, just faster shipping at times.

Having owned one in high school I can say it was absolutely no Mustang but it was a nice hot hatch that I do miss dearly. Felt like a FWD Miata.

Great video thanks. Bought a 2015 X5M last year and hated the exhaust sound. Am glad to say I hit up forums and upgraded the resonators, added an x pipe, and exhaust cutouts. Also replaced the catted down pipe for a catless version. Saved myself a ton of money not going with Valvetronic or other similar brands and would have been very salty if I heard these companies were just white labeling their exhausts.

Awesome video! I’ve got the same exhaust. I’m currently dealing with the worst exhaust valve rattle and I am certain the spring is the culprit. Was there lots of trial and error to get it to fit right? Did you use a pair of vice grips to pull them apart to make them bigger to fill the void? Any help would be appreciated!

Something I just learnt the hard way about 35 minutes ago when installing mine. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE NUTS on the door side, they WILL just keep turning/tightening until the thread snaps straight off. I’ve just sheared off one of the threads on my ones and because they are welded on I have to order more, $65 AUD down the drain. Thankfully, I learnt my lesson before doing the passenger side door.

TTRS has quickly become my achievable dream car over an F type ( step dad has an ftype and I love it) But this is next level! Great exhaust choice! How have you found the reliability? I'm looking at moving from my MX5 to a TT/TTS but people say the water pumps can be an issue.
