Sweetie, I see at times how you struggle transporting loads of materiel to your work project location, on motorcycle and a two wheeled trolley pulled behind. It`s obvious it would be much easier for you if you had a small truck or even a 3 wheeled ''tuk-tuk''. Why you don`t get one? - for financial or some other reason?.( 😃 And yes I know what a 'tuk-tuk' is. I was in Thailand several times, my panraaya is Thai. I can tell you are not feeling well--you aren't working at your usual speed. But even though, you are still doing the best you can! Hope you are feeling better soon.

Great job. During winter season, always cover your head and always cover your feet with socks, especially during bedtime/ sleep. Covering your head and feet will really help your body stay warmer and help prevent you from getting cold/ sick/ flu. Drink a little honey before bedtime/ sleep, this will help your immune system and coughing and help your body stay healthy. Eat oranges it will help your body a lot. Try and drink water at least once every hour, even if you are not feeling thirsty, this will help your body stay hydrated and healthy.

Charging more is always something to consider. But, if your basic problem is that they are not paying what they owe, then charging more isn't going to help. I wish I knew more about your business---do you have many competitors? Do you know what they charge and how they manage to get paid? Or what legal recourse you have or how other local businesses operate --perhaps you could ask some of the more successful ones for advice? Can you partner with some of them in some fashion? Partial progress payments might also help--significant down payments might also help. I'm pretty sure you are already thinking about all sorts of ways to improve but bottom line is if something doesn't change, you will eventually go out of business.

In my country is how bigger the job the bigger the profit. You can't work for less . You have pay your workers weekly or monthly. Charge more for your jobs you do

Kim big jobs should be making enough money to help cover your quiet times with minimal jobs - if they are not you simply are not charging enough to do the job. It is the customer's choice to accept your fee or they choose someone else to do the job. As a business woman you must be firm with your price quotes and if there are alterations during the job you also need to make additional charges. You must remember your business does quality work which requires quality pay. 👍

Well--it may not have been "dozens of tons" of aluminum but it was a lot of extrusions just the same. Your new helper will be a big help as she gains more experience--but it will take time and patience on your part for her to be more proficient.

Nice to see the young woman working with you in your shop. You must be doing OK business wise to be able to afford another helper. I hope so for you anyway! You deserve every success!

Hey Doll.., - Did I just see one of your new guys - a trainee, use crazy glue - instead of welding torch - on one of those aluminum joists?😆😉...Just joking a bit😄. All your work is 5 ***** jobs. 👍...

My concern is these people welding & most not wearing welding glasses or welding shields/helmets. That bright light effects your eye sight and could go blind. Oh whatever, no OSHA in Vietnam/ safety is no concern there, I believe.

My only small negative comment has to do with how the ends were covered---if it was to be temporary, then I guess it would be Ok--but if it was meant to be a permanent closure, then I thought it could have been done in a more professional manner.

I can see why this was challenging---nothing really straight or level---many angles. But you did very well to design a roof that took all that into account--amazing what some basic math and some string and a plumb bob will accomplish if used properly----well done!
