Well, well, well ... Who'd have thought Santa could drive anything without Rudolf to guide him? And Merry Xmas ... No matter what time of year it is, it's ALWAYS Xmas somewhere, and if it is now, and you're reading this, best of Seasons Grettings to you and yours, from me and my own and boy, is there a lot of us!! Merry Xmas, everyone!!

Goodbye Parramatta City Raceway, I will miss you for the rest of my life, more than I miss good old Liverpool City Raceway (and I grew up in Liverpool) but every bit as much as I miss the Grand old Girl, that was the Sydney Showground Speedway!! Should NEVER have been sold, and certainly not to those bastards, the "Ex-Aussies" (for Tax reasons) the Murdoch Family!! "FUCK FOX STUDIOS"!!

And today in fact, 10/4/21, will mark a very sad day, as instead of going to the LAST race meeting at Paramatta, EVER, we're going to a "closing ceromony", to be held in the damn car park!! What a sad, sad ending to such an iconic venue, and the end of "Sid Hopping's dream". I just hope the Man is well enough to come out to the Track, and say a few words, and I hope a few more of the "old Crew" can make it, like Bobby "the Streak" Blacklaw, Bobby Tunks, Sid Moore, Gary Rush, "Brazier Senior",etc, etc, etc. I know that so very many moore that won't be, and may they all R.I.P!!

I have been watching motorsport for a very long time and Kerry Madsen has to be one of my favourites. Never give up, gives 110% every time he races. Raced on a shoe-string budget for way too long and now he his reaping the rewards. Sooooo great to see. Luv ya Kerry.

Man - That track must have had alote more rubber on it then appeared - I refuse to believe that many people missed the tire compound. It must have took alote of rubber earlier in the night and kept building up. Thank uploader.

Wish you all the luck, as it was pointed out to me recently the video footages from those early days at Speedway Park were destroyed due to ownership dispute. But you just never know, someone out there may have copies....we can only hope n wait.

Great to watch but I must say, PLEASE drop the music. Nothing beats the sound of a roaring Sprintcar ! Keep up the great footage.

It would be a great, IF one could enjoy the race sans the stupid music being played over the top of the sound of the cars and the announcer calling same. Please get rid of the "music"! Winged 410 sprint car racing is exciting without all of the "pomp and circumstance."
