My husband is delighted with the results of the various cooking courses! I was not planning on taking Apollonia's course, as we are not eating much bread these days. Hilarious how people get so worked up about a few hand gestures. Everyone has their own style when they speak. It didn't bother me at all. It was a well structured review and his delivery was clear and smooth. What more do you want?

Pullman loaf instructions: she gives list of ingredients but doesn't tell the amount. But there tons of talk about how wonderful the bread is, how flavorful, how the crumbs are out of this world, but not how many grams of sugar,yeast or anything else. Unprofessional.

I was disappointed in the Doris Kearns Goodwin class. Very little about actually becoming an historical writer. Just abstract theories on what motivated her.
