Hi I'm Martin aka. Runningsouthcoast.
I run a lot, and I live on the southcoast, hence the name.
I was a competitive triathlete and swimmer from 1989 to 2000, winning a silver medal at the national middle distance championships as a junior.
I taken part in numerous national and international events, a lot prior to portable cameras and GPS.
I'm an avid zwift runner, so there are numerous events that I've competed in and have been posted here, like the zwift run academy and zrs events. And since January 2022, i bought an Insta360 one R camera, and record my parkruns and running events.
I'm yet to give tips or reviews but I'm always learning, and it's certainly something for the future.
