Rylan currently uses the Astrox 99 pro from yonex
I am not sure since we have never used it but it is the player that affects the game not so much the racket and shoes unless it is broken

just shake hands with the racket grip while the rim is pointed towards you
Use a forward grip and then turn your racket face a bit outwards if your slicing and make sure to use your full body to smash
