Rosalinda please do not say you are a failure and believe it was your period. Just getting off of bed for women in general in the mornings when you are in your monthly period takes a toll on your body. Now imagine all the running you do it has to affect you. The Yuka app is my best friend 😊 Also, 22 minutes for 5k 😮I just did a 5k for an hour and let me tell you I was huffing and puffing 😅. Good luck on your marathon run.

Hi Rosa! I recently turned into a Cardio girly! You influenced me lol. I’m officially hitting the treadmill for 40 mins every other day. Along with hitting weights lol but I’m super excited to be able to walk/run more than 3 miles during my cardio runs lol
