I finally calmed down to put my thoughts on the game. 1. Richarlison antics' is not what Tottenham need going forward and he is nowhere near the level of Solanke and to injury prone. 2. Tottenham allowed Liverpool to dictate the game. 3 Solanke was desperately needed in the forward line to apply pressure when Liverpool were on the attack. It was always going to be an uphill battle but hopefully we can refocus on what competitions are left.

I never thought we’d win at Anfield but that performance was as bad as you’d see. Ange has been there 18 months now and said they didn’t play the way he wanted, that tells me they don’t believe is the style of play if you’re in a semi final and don’t play the way the manager wants. Ange ball is a lovely idea, but unless you have the type of players that Spurs fans can only dream about, it’s not going to work at this level. Ange will I believe get to the end of the season but if he doesn’t win one of the two cups we’re still in it will be the end of him and we’ll be back on the manager magic roundabout.

We just lost (yes miserably) to the most in form team in the league this season, they've had no setbacks to their season like us and arguably just too good for anyone to beat. We reached a semi final of a cup. When was the last time this happened? To top it off we're all annoyed and its probably the most worthless cup out of all. We all need to remember this. There's no way they were going to win against LIV at home. I actually didn't think they played badly.

Liverpool are on top of the Champions League and the EPL for a reason - they are a really good side. I felt if Spurs scored first we'd have a chance at Anfield but an easy goal and a penalty and we were gone. Liverpool would have demolished any sode today. We did well to get there but it was a bridge too far. It'll be another lesson learnt for the young squad and they will be stronger for it.

The midfield was a disaster. Our forwards couldn’t play because of lack of play from the midfield. When you look at it from both sides, while Liverpool were bringing on a World Cup winner we were bringing on the academy, the lack of investment is on Levy. On the other hand, the tactics were terrible and trying to park the bus against the best team in the world was a massive tactical error that even the biggest of amateurs would not have made. The team setup was trash and finally the players didn’t even try. Even when we were leading it looked like players felt like we were losing. Disgusting
