I am new to vegas and kept searching for the top doctors with the best ratings. I kept coming across Dr. Carters name and became frustrated because I couldn’t find his location. Within my search, I came across this Homegoing Celebration. I am so very sorry for your loss ! I felt compelled to watch the service and prayed for his wife, children, family and friends. I felt silly crying for a man I never met, but the love and words that were expressed for him were so very moving. May God continue to bless you and the entire family. Much love always! .
